I was approached a couple of years ago with an idea. The idea to begin a healthy fast food experience for those who want to stay fit and eat well. The team that approached me, the owners of said experience, knew how to handle the business aspect of it, but didn't really know how to do the design, branding, social media, and much more. This is where I came in. We worked together to ensure a perfect and cohesive design for their brand. As the lead and only creative and designer, I handled everything. From the creation of the logo to the set up of the menu, the color coordination of the restaurant, the website, the social media presence, and marketing campaigns.

We built a company from the ground up and it has become very successful since. I could not be prouder of this accomplishment, Healthy Poke will be opening its 7th restaurant in Spain just a year and a half after opening its doors to the public.
