A former boss once told me I was great at what I do because I step into the shoes of the client, the audience—the people I’m speaking to. For a long time, I saw my deep empathy as a weakness, a weight I carried. I felt too much—the joy, the sorrow, the quiet in-between moments. But over time, I learned to shape it, to turn it into something powerful.

Now, I see it for what it truly is—my greatest strength. Because if you can’t feel something yourself, how can you expect anyone else to? Writing isn’t just about words; it’s about making people feel. And whether through copy, poetry, or the book I’m writing, that’s exactly what I do.
